Something is wrong with Acronis True Image Home 2011 and my computer

Thread needs solution

I recently installed Acronis True Image Home 2011 14.0.0 Build 6942 on Windows 7 Ultimate x86. In addition of this I installed Addons and Plus Pack. After this I activated Acronis Secure Zone and Startup Recovery Manager (F11). And after restarting computer it freezes on first screen and it even doesn't allow me to enter in Bios. I have Asus P8H61-MX motherboard. In warranty service they said that it was hard drive's problem and they changed it. But after that i replied the process described above and the result is same. Can you tell me where is the problem? Now they change hard drive as well as motherboard but i'm afraid to install acronis again. Thank you :)

What do you mean: "it freezes on the first screen"? What screen is that?

Because next you say "it doesn't allow me to enter in Bios" and getting-in to BIOS should always be possible regardless of whether you have a hard drive problem, or a hard drive at all, which means nothing whatsoever to do with Acronis as hard-drive-resident software cannot keep BIOS from working.

I mean that it freezes on the first screen where is shown motherboard model and then computer hangs. I think Acronis kills hard drive

Can you then remove the hard drive and access the BIOS w/o issue? I've never seen a hard drive that keeps a PC from getting to the BIOS.

When installing TrueImage, the only program you need to install is the the main program.

The Secure zone and the Startup Recovery Manager and the Add Ons and the Plus Pack are optional and not required for the normal use of the program. Most likely, very few people install all of these items.

if you want to install TrueImge again, before you do,

Boot into the the TrueImage Bootable media Recovery CD and make a full and complete backup of your system (all partitions) without Acronis being installed.

Having such a backup would enable you to install the base program again and if you still have issues, you could use the CD to restore your backup so your disk would become just like it was before True Image was installed.

I would install only the parts of the program your really need. Understand what each does before installing any option.

Man I understand what each option does and I need Plus Pack as well as Secure Zone and Startup Recovery Manager. My problem is that I can't boot neither from HDD nor CD/DVD/USB, because it freezes before i can enter even in bios. Your response isn't solution for my problem (((
