spaces in file names changing to plus sign

Just installed TI 2014 and uploaded a few files to my cloud storage. Some of the files contained spaces in their file names. When I downloaded them from the cloud, all the spaces had been converted to plus "+" signs. Is there a way to fix this, other than manually renaming the files?

Also, when "restoring" individual files or folders from the cloud, the "Restore" button is grayed out, leaving only the option to download. This works, but downloads to the browser's default download path, not the original path of the backed up file. Is there a way to make it restore to its original location?

Hmmm... Upon further examination, it appears this may be an issue with Firefox, as IE does not replace the spaces in file names.

Also, I realized I was misunderstanding what "Recover" means in the Acronis cloud - it's to recover deleted files, not to restore files from the cloud to the local drive.
