I am having difficulty backing up my data. I need help in setting up the correct backup for my data.

I have looked for a way to speak with an Aconis Tech on the web site but I find no phone number(s) listed. Am I missing something...? Is there no Tech support available?

Register your serial number and then you can contact support via the Live Chat feature.

I have registered my serial number and obviously have a login & pswd for this forum. If the only support option have (from Acronis) is Live Chat, then when I get a chance I'll give it a shot, but I always found that communicating via speech is far more effective than typing messages back 7 forth.
