Thread needs solution

In the past I need to restore system and using acronis 10 issue I dindn't have problems, but now I need to restore an image with 2011 issue but it dosent work. Both using F11 function or directly using true image from PC, when I restart it wait reporting "start-up acronis loader" it seem that it doesn't able to find acronis, any suggest for me

After you have installed 2011, you need to create a new bootable medium or download the bootable ISO from your account. Once create, try to boot your computer on it, and restore a couple of file sfrom your backup.

If you can't ATI is of no use to you as such, and you will have to either create a BartPE-based disk if you are using XP, or a WinPE-based disk after you have purchased the Plus Pack.

If the bootable medium is working, try to disable/enable the Acronis startup manager from the recovery CD and try it.

Today I restored my PC using bootable media device it worked well so now I know that also this Acronis issue is reliable. However the 2010 issue in my opinion was friendler and easier than this one. I don't know how is the 2012. in every case thank a lot.
