Still Broken!

Thread needs solution

I’m running TIH 11 on Windows 7 and despite applying the latest update yesterday (to TIH and the Plus pack) I STILL receive this message when I attempt to run on line backup.

“Acronis True Image Home is installed on your computer. Please use it for Online Backup purposes instead.

This is truly frustrating since I’m paying $4.95 per month to backup my data on the Acronis servers. I may have to move to Mozy if Acronis can’t get this issue resolved.

corrupt install perhaps? did you receive any errors downloading the softare, or installing it?

have you logged a ticket with Acronis support yet? I suspect they will get you to run a diagostic which will capture all the configuration and software installed on your machine to help pinpoint the problem.
