Stuck in middle of Restore

I was attempting to restore C: drive image, but it has been 3 hours and machine is stuck running, but not booting. I have recovery disk and many images so how do I reset the machine and start the recovery process again? Now if I turn off machine and turn back on it goes right back into the loop of trying to recover with no video.
