subscription renewal
I cancelled the subscription renewal (online backup Home) a couple of months ago. Now I changed my mind, but cannot renew it under "My Account". What is the easiest way to renew the subscription?

Hi,
I can not renew my subscription.(True Image online Home) My subscription ended on september 5, and I am still not able to renew, not through the app or through my web-account. It states that I have chosen the auto-renewal option...What can I do to renew the subscription without losing my data?

Help!

I had the same problem, and had to wait a couple of days before receiving an email which let me renew my subscription.

It means that you deactivated automatic renewal of your subscription. But it doesn't mean that you cannot prolong your online backup subscription manually. Simply log into your account and purchase new online backup subscription.
It is strongly recommended to extend your Online Backup service on the last day of your subscription period, or even a day after your subscription expires. Choosing to extend the Online Backup service before it expires will start a new subscription period, and the amount of money already paid will not be recalculated.
If you renew Acronis Online Backup subscription during 30 days after subscription expiration, the existing backups will be kept and you can continue backing up data to the same archive.

"If you renew Acronis Online Backup subscription during 30 days after subscription expiration, the existing backups will be kept and you can continue backing up data to the same archive" This was my other worry and I am happy now that I will not lose my data provided I renew within 30 days.

HUllo,
I wonder if someone could help me please
I have a note saying that I should do automatic renewal as my subscription ends in 2 days. I am happy to renew BUT a) I want to know how much it will be before I renew and B) I do not want this to be done automatically each year without reference to me - how can I find out my answers to these two questions please.
