Hi

can someone tell me does Acronis have a support structure? I've had v2011 for less than a week and it does nor perform a NSB on my W7 64 bit system,

Trawled ther website but it appears I have to pay $9.95 for a support ticket

Am I msiing something?

Snce you are wiithin the period covered by free support, you do not have to pay.

Click on the support button in upper right corner of this website and login to support t and fill out the support ticket or live chat.

Hello Ian,

You should also keep in mind that your Acronis True Image 2011 Home license needs to be registered in your account. Otherwise the options GroverH has mentioned will not e available for you.
