Support Lacking - Home 2012 Failing

Thread needs solution

I opened a case on Sep 2 after upgrading to Home Image 2012. I get failed message in the email completion message. I received a response on Sep 8 that I had used the wrong email when opening the ticket and they could not locate my account. I responded back with the account information that day. It is now Sep 13 and no response.

6 days to respond to my first email.
5 days and still no response to the follow-up

Not good customer service.
