Synchronization does not start between 2 PCs.

Hi, I have installed AT2012 on 2 PCs with 2 licenses. I have created my account and logged in. I have created one synchronization folder on PC1, then I joined the synchronization on PC2, and then nothing happens. I try to do start the synchronization (manually) on both ends... and ... nothing! No way to get the synchronization starting/ Leave the PCs on all night... still nothing.

Suggestions?

Is the Acronis SyncAgent service running on both computers?
When you log to your ACronis account do you see both computers in the sync?

Can you sync a couple of files to the server? Trying to find out if you have access issues (firewall, etc.)

same problem here. Service is running, but nothing syncs. Not syncing to online storage either.
