Synchronization Failure

Thread needs solution

Very frustrating issue... I created a synchronization task for a set of folders on a local drive to a different local drive. It appeared to synchronize fine when the task was created, but all subsequent scheduled syncs have failed. In the most recent failure the following were the errors at the top of the list:

1) Failed to copy changes of synced data from REINSTALL-PC to REINSTALL-PC: Synchronization has failed. The sync will be restarted automatically later.

More information about this error and solutions may be available online in the Acronis Knowledge Base.
To access the online resource manually, enter the event code at: http://kb.acronis.com/errorcode/
Event code: 0x019A005A+0x019A005D+0x01910021+0x00040007+0x0000FFF0+0x80070003

2) Failed to open synchronized folder 'G:\Sync_Drive D'. Make sure it is accessible.

Notes: Drive G: is user accessible, so not sure what the error issue points to. The error codes listed above for both 1) and 2) above are not in the database at the link provided in 1). The anti-virus software is Kaspersky PURE 3.0. I have saved the event logs for the synchronization events, but I wasn't sure if it was kosher to upload them to the forum.

Thanks in advance, Rick
