Syncs don't Sync

Thread needs solution

Hello Everyone,
I am not sure if anyone can assist me.
Firstly my support has expired.
I am wanting to use the "Sync" feature; I don't want to Sync to the cloud, I am simply only wanting to sync a local folder to a NAS share.
However when I set this up (with credentials etc) the Sync's never start?
I have the SyncMe "paused" as I will never use this.

Can anyone explain why the Sync's don't work?
Do I need an active "support" agreement to even allow any of this functionality or will "local" syncs still be allowed?

I guess once i have an answer to this I will be abel to determine if there is another underlying issue or a licensing issue!

If you have disabled the sync service in Windows Services.msc, sync will never run.

Are you using UNC paths to the NAS or mapped drive - True Image has problems with mapped drives so they should be accssed either by IP or UNC conventions.
