System State backup failure

I have been using acronis 2010 for about 6 months on my Windows XP PC witout any problems. I have now upgraded to windows 7 64 bit. When attempting a system state backup I get event code 0x0004000D "failed to back up file or folder C:\windows\sysWOW64\wdi\perftrack\pro_wow64_wmpplayer.ptxml" and it fails to complete the backup. I performed a full C drive backup without any problems. Any help would be appreciated.
