Is there a Back-Up and password issue with Build 6525

Thread needs solution

Just updated to build 6525 - checked that I could recover files from the cloud (password protected) - all OK.

Then the scheduled back-up has failed several times - tries every 10 minutes, fails each time.

I tried to go into the Operations to check the settings but it says password not valid - but this is the same password to recover from the acronis cloud and password works fine through browser.

So it keeps trying - I cannot get to operations to either check or turn it off.

No doubt the backing up process cannot get to the file as it thinks the (saved) password is wrong!!!

It has only happened since the update (I have checked and everything was backed up fine until just before the update - so not a problem at the moment - would just like it to work again).

Does anyone know if Acronis are aware - or better still resolving the apparent issues with the update.
