Is there an error log available?
Running Win 7 Pro x64. Been using True Image Home 2010 (latest build) for a long time now. Pretty much ever since it came out. It's been running fine until just recently. Yesterday I tried to make an image (of my Windows partition) and Acronis was acting up. As soon as I clicked on the type of backup to make... True Image froze up and became non-responsive. After waiting a while - I got a error message in Windows saying this application has encountered an error and needs to close. I had to kill it through the task manager.
I rebooted the PC and tried to make the image again. This time it got all the way to the end and right after it created the image, True image crashed YET AGAIN - right at the tail end where it said "saving partition information".
I know there is the event viewer in windows itself. But is there a error log available specifically for True Image? I wanted to uninstall build 7,160 and re-install it ... but it occurred to me that I might not need to do that if i can figure out what caused the crash.
