TI 11 Fails to restore

I attempted a restore with TI 11 which appears to have failed on 1 year HP Destop (Pro 3500) running Win 7 Pro.
Srarted machine using Acronis bootable CD and the process completed without errors.
On restarting the machine and changing BIOS back to boot from HDD, I receive message stating no operating system. Can't work out what's happened. Perhaps connected to the fact that Win 7 has it's own boot partition on the C: drive and this has become damaged or corrupted. Would still like to restore if possible, but don't know where to start.

Any ideas much appreciated.
