TI 11 on multicore system

Thread needs solution

I have been using TI Home 11 for quite some time and never had any problems with it. Recently I updated my CPU from single core to i7 with 8 threads and I run into trouble. Normally I make data backups of selected files to USB drive. On new hardware the backup process is randomly going idle, it's going on to some point when progress bar stops and there is no activity, the process doesn't hang, but doesn't do anything either, when I try to cancel the operation, it responds, it seem to start canceling and is going idle again. Now only way to turn it off is to kill the process in task bar. The process utilize all threads, so I guess the program is multi-core ready. I have been bugging with it whole day to find out that setting affinity of trueimagehomeservice.exe (or similar) to only one thread cures the problem. It is tedious workaround, so I wonder if there is another solution, or if this issue is addressed in newer version - I would need confirmation, as I have no other reason to upgrade, I don't even use all of the features in version 11.
Funny thing is that it only occurs when I do "My Data" backup, I can backup whole partitions just fine.
My system is XP Home Sp3, I downloaded and installed latest revision of software, but it didn't help.
