TI 2010 breaks shutdown after backup, among other things
Hello there Acroinis! Well, just having upgraded to TI 2010, I am unhappy to announce that the shutdown after backup option which worked so well in TI 2009 is completely broken! Moreover, whatever you did to the 2010 program, it now randomly awakens a Windows XP computer from it's idle power settings (like my display turns off after 5 minutes of no HID activity) as the backup progresses. Hopefully these are the only two issues that need to be fixed.
Cheers,
Gregg

Dmitry,
Thanks for your prompt response. I have used that method in the past with prior versions of True Image (both "home" server) and it performed a shutdown BEFORE verification of the backup. Has this issue been fixed in TI 2010? I noticed that you said the "command will automatically shut down the computer after the completion of backup process"
Will acronis be releasing an update any time soon to fix this as well as the MANY other problems noted in the support board?

Yes it's also my question. Does it shutdown before or after verification?

Michael,
If validation has been scheduled as part of the backup process, then backup and validation occurs and then the shutdown.

Log shows execution of post-backup command but omits the command arguments.
Command: Shutdown.exe
Directory: c:\windows\system32\
Arguments: -s -t 00
DOES NOT WORK (shutdown.exe execution without arguments is effectively a no-operation.)
Latest level of ATIH 2010 is installed, build 6,053.
The tis file is attached.
Acronis tech support has NEVER replied to any support issues submitted via their support portal. If I can't get simple problems solved, what good is their support claims to the contrary?

Hello all,
Please accept our apologies for the delay with the response.
Bill, we've never been informed about such issues. To investigate it, we need some additional information from you. Could you please do the following?
1. Please make a screen shot of you post-command setup and attach it to your reply to this thread;
2. Please attach the latest log file when the command didn't perform correctly.
We are looking forward to hearing back from you at your earliest convenience.
Thank you.
