TI 2014 doesn't see any drives to backup

I moved my 2014 Premium software to a new computer and reactivated it.  If I create a files backup for my NAS it lets me create a backup, no problem.  If I try and create a "drives" backup for the local drives it allows me to do everything EXCEPT choose/pick the drive to backup BECAUSE NO DRIVES SHOW UP!
