TI Home 2010 stopped working

I run Win 7-64 PRO and TI build 7154. Got error msg " Acronics True Image has stopped working" when trying to use TI. Noticed that the publisher certificate ends 9/24/2012. Could this be the problem?
Uninstalled TI and reinstalled TI ver. 13.0.6053 from my disc that was purchased. I got the same error msg and the same publisher certificate date as before.

How can I get TI 2010 working again?
