TI2010: Consolidation doesn't work (as expected)

Thread needs solution

Hi everyone!
I'm using TI2010-7154 on a Win7 64Bit machine and it seems that autom. consolidation doesn't work at all for me:
i set the limits to 8 backups, max. 60days old and capacity to 900MB (=50% of the max. capacity of my NAS).
After 3 months now i have 9 backup-files, in sum using nearly 1.7 GB.
In the logfiles i don't see any check for any rules and therefor also no deleting/consolidation operations.
This is not my only prob with this software, but that could be the knockout!
Any idea?
Thanks
Dirk

EDIT: actual standing: (my version is german, so translation might be not correct sometimes...)
I decided to delete all 9 backup-files and the task and build everything new from scratch.
The only change was to reduce the consolidation quota to 2 files in order to see it earlier, if it works.

Afterwards I startet the first backup (it is a full with 190GB, but the log talks about an incremetal!?)
With the end of the first backup i directly started the task again (to ensure no defrag will force another full backup!) and yes! - an incremental backup was created (~6GB), but -oh no- the consolidation starts!
The log afterwards talks about an incremental backup (not really a surprise!), the consolidation failed, but the action succeeded.
It's a miracle...
I changed the quota to 4 files now and started it for the third time:
it seems to be a full backup again (~100GB and still going on).
Btw: the log -yes you're right- talks about an incremental...
