TI2010 Home won't clone disk

Thread needs solution

I'm running TI 2010 Home build 5055 and I originally cloned my 1.5TB Samsung drive to a 1.0TB WD drive which ran successfully and I'm now using the WD as my boot drive (it's faster than the Samsung which is why I did this). Anyway, I'm now trying to clone the WD to the Samsung as a backup drive but TI won't allow it. It says that there are errors on the drive or the drive is too small (which it obviously isn't). I've reformatted the drive and TI still says it has errors, etc. but I can copy files to it just fine.

How do I get TI to proceed with the cloning? FYI my boot drive is described as being on IDE(0) Primary Master and the Samsung is on IDE(1) Secondary Master. I have another data drive on IDE(0) Primary Slave. (All drives are SATA type.) Thanks very much for your help!

Well, I swapped out the Samsung 1.5TB drive with a 1TB WD Green drive from my XP computer and it worked fine. When I installed the Samsung into my XP computer and tried cloning it on that machine, it worked fine. So, there might be something that the Win7 machine didn't like that it kept saying there was a problem with the 1.5TB Samsung. Anyway, all is fine as cloning works now on both drives (in different computers of course).
