TI2014 breaks LibreOffice Spellchecker. Proven.

Thread needs solution

For information really but I also have a question :)

I'm an infrequent user of LibreOffice but have noticed over the weeks that the spellchecker can be non functional. I researched a fix for this (before I made the Acronis connection). It then dawned that this failure seemed to follow a restore by Acronis. As I needed to do a deliberate restore today from a full image made yesterday I thought I would "prove" the connection.

Yesterday LibreOffice was fully functional. I made a system image... did what I wanted to do... and then restored that image. LibreOffice is now broken.

The fix for LibreOffice is simple once you know. Make sure LibreOffice is closed and navigate to,
c:\users\type your user name here\AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice\4\user\extensions\

Delete the folder marked "Bundled" and restart LibreOffice. The information is rebuilt immediately upon restarting LibreOffice.

The question is why does a disk image (that should be a copy of the original) break this feature in LibreOffice. The link is proven.
