TIB File Is Size of Full Drive
I installed 2015 tonight and set up a backup plan to run weekly. The first run took hours (compared to what I expected to take 30mins or so). When finished, the TIB file was roughly the size of the source drive (over half of which is empty space). I did *not* enable a sector-by-sector backup, and I double-checked the settings afterward to confirm. If anyone else has experienced this or has suggestions, I'd be grateful to hear your thoughts.
Windows 8.1 64; TI2015 6055; compression was set to high (not that it mattered); archive encryption was on; I used the default 'version chain scheme'; the source drive has bitlocker; the backup was run from within windows (source OS drive to another internal drive); this computer had never had TI installed previously; GPT disks if it matters.

Thanks for the response. I got a refund and am going to order TI 2014 and will post back with the results.

TI 2014 worked as expected -- so I guess I'm good in that regard until Windows 10 comes out. Hopefully there will be a replacement solution by then.
I don't understand what Acronis was thinking when they removed support for encrypted partitions in TI 2015 -- or why they would not document such a change anywhere. This is something that even Acronis 9 handled without issue.
