Time to go - Case 00912574

Thread needs solution

Imagine my horror when logging in recently to find "0 bytes of 250 GB" in the header whilst using the online backup portal.
I quickly browsed through some of the directories and launched live chat. An agent came online quickly and said there was no data reporting within my account.
He advised to try and restore a small folder. It came down quickly although I was unable to open the zip - the OS reported it as being corrupt. I tried another small, random folder and it was ok. I was then told all the data was fine - even thou they said minutes before there was no data reporting for my account.
After downloading all directories from their storage server, I have lost one folder of pictures of my late parents which fortunately I have a local copy. There are also about 10 jpegs corrupted. I am sad to say I have lost all faith in this product and will now be going elsewhere for online storage.
Some directories were unable to open when downloading in one go (most around 80mb), so i had the laborious task of downloading in small chunks to ensure i had recovered as much as I could.
ping -t to to obstorage.acronis.com didnt drop at all during the transfers. time of < 80ms

Still nothing back from acronis with regards to the corrupt folder, corrupt files and the fact that it still shows i have no data on their server. I allowed my recent renewal to go through because I would like an answer from them before i close my account.
