True Image 10 home re-installation problem

I've been reinstalling Windows 7 for various reasons. Having completed downloading all the Windows updates I am trying to install True Image 10 home. It was working before rebuilding Windows. Acronis Disk Director works fine.
After installing True Image I get a windows box that says:
Acronis True Image has stopped working
- Check online for a solution and close the program
- close the program

I have been looking around the forum and have deleted the temp files before un-installing & re-installing but I keep getting the same problem.
