True image 11 errors Failed to Initalize the Computer snap shot manager, does not regconize drives

I installed T11 Home TI and have the following errors. Failed to initialize the computer snap shot manager tag OXBD28FDBD64ED8BC. ALSO DOES NOT RECOGNIZE MY HARD DRIVES. I UNINSTALLED IT, AND NOW, MY Win7 built in backup program does not load . Like that program was deleted too! I am using Win7 H.P 64 bit ver on a Dell Studio I-920 chip, 8 megs of ram..
