true image 2010 locks up when I try to backup disk

not a prior poster. dissappointed no support. Paid for "Acronis Advantage Home Unlimited Customer support"at time of purchase of tru Image home upgrade on 1-9-2010.
was a download and did not keep copy. would like to reload acronis to see if this fixes the problem. How do I get a copy of the upgrade to begin this process,.....or access to the paid-for support I expected. thanksl
