True image 2012 and dual boot win7 and Linux

Hi,

Is it possible to have true image 12 backup and restore a dual boot win 7 and opensuse 12.1 Linux system. I can back it all up but I always seem to loose the grub boot loader when I restore which means I can't boot into Linux.

Btw all partitions are one the one disk.
