True Image 2012 Online Backup no longer working

Hello -

I had the online subsription for my first year. I renewed it 1 day prior to expiration. It shows my subscription is current. I have 3 computers backing up to this account. Now none of their backups get completed. The progress never gets off 0% complete. Any ideas on how to get this to work?
