True Image 2013 causing explorer.exe to freeze
I'm running True Image 2013 on Win7 AMD64 SP1. Quite frequent explorer will stop responding, the computer doesn't freeze or lock up, just open windows stop responding, I can still open task manager or other programs, just anytime i try to access anything in windows explorer it gets stuck.
I have traced the problem to a dllhost.exe process that is running processid:{1EF75F33-893B-4E8F-9655-C3D602BA4897}.
Processid:{1EF75F33-893B-4E8F-9655-C3D602BA4897} comes back as a DLLSurrogate TIManagersProxy Class Application.
If i kill this process, everything resumes again normally. but the process restarts itself immediately, though the problem manifest itself again right away, it takes a little time for it to occur again. when it does happen, everything to do with explorer is basically paused, even the clock stops. if i click on a folder or a drive in my computer, it just start spinning the mouse pointer. I can open new explorer windows but as soon as i click on anything it does he same thing. when i kill the process, all of the requests i made to open folders or look at drive contents is then executed, as though they were just queued up, the clock immediately switches to the correct time and so on.
The most recent occurrence with the clock happened just a few minutes ago. I looked at the clock on my taskbar and it was displaying a time of 1:09AM, i didnt notice the AM part of it until i walked past another clock and it said 2:57PM, so i looked at the time on another clock thinking the one i just looked at was wrong. when it showed the same time as the first, i went back to my computer and then noticed the AM next to the time, i brought up process explorer and killed the dllhost.exe and the time immediately corrected itself to 3:01PM
This has been taking place since the moment i install TI 2013.
Any ideas on how to correct this?

Oleg says:
Hello all,
If you want to get rid of this error, as a temporal solution you can rename the ti_managers_proxy.dll file that is located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Acronis\TrueImageHome
You can rename the file to, for example, ti_manager_proxy_1.dll
This workaround will corrupt the sync overlays and the file version functionality.
Thank you.
