True Image 2013 not applying non-stop backup to 2nd hard drive

I have non-stop backup set to run for both my PROGRAM DRIVE (C) and my DATA DRIVE (D). Both are selected in the setup window for non-stop backup. True Image is installed on my PROGRAM DRIVE (C).

True Image is running this perfectly on the PROGRAM DRIVE. I can select a file in file explorer, right click on TRUE IMAGE, RECOVER and all recent revisions of the file show in the list.

On my DATA DRIVE, where I need this most, it never finds any backups of any file I select.

Can someone help sort out this problem?
