Yes I currently have True Image 2014 and I have backed up my whole hard drive including the recovery partition. I think it has a total of four portions not sure why but it does. My question is I downloaded some software that was actually a virus and I restored it back to my system image but it did not restore correctly. When I try and restore if from the system image it says the partition is damaged and restore if from a DVD. I don't really need the recovery drive but my question is why would this happen? I tried to restore it twice thinking maybe the second time it would fix the issue but no luck. I do have Windows 8.1 do I need to upgrade to a new version of True Image to work with Windows 8.1 very confused. The main reason I am worried is it seems to be working correctly but I'm just wondering what else it did not restore.
