True Image 2014---Windows Live Mail Backup Fails Every Time SOLVED
True Image 2014 seems to be incapable of backing up Windows Live Mail. I've had True Image 11, TI Home 2010, TI Home 2011 and TI Home 2012 and had no problem backing up WLM in any of them. Acronis Support can't seem to determine the problem so I am asking for assistance here. I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate x64 on a Dell XPS-17 L702X laptop.
WLM was closed, as verified by Task Manager under processes (show for all users) when attempting backups and they failed every time, showing Event code: 0x00040019. The support agent took control of my desktop and tried everything he could to find a solution but didn't accomplish anything. He generated a report to be sent to Acronis once he sends me an email requesting it.
Has anyone encountered the same problem and if so did you find a solution? I would appreciate any assistance provided. Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.
Edit: Is anyone else having this problem? I haven't received any replies to my problem so either I'm the only one who is experiencing this problem or I'm the only one using WLM as an email client. In any event, I thank all those who have read the post for their interest.
Edit: I solved the problem by restoring to the factory image. There must have been some type of conflict between my applications and TI 2014.
