True image 2015 recovery problem

Hey everyone,
Before I had backup may laptop Toshiba C650 with true image.
Now, my laptop is working not correct so I recovery partition C: from may file backup .tib with true image 2015.
After that, true image 2015 show recovery successfully but partition C: become unallocated
Can I help me, please?
