True Image assistance

Hello,
I am not a forum superuser.
Issue: bought program on 28Mar14; installed and original computer motherboard went down 2 weeks later, and unfortunately did not have enough time/expertise to restore original computer. Since then I have bought another computer and tried to utilize this program on it (today 12Nov14). It states too many registrations. How can I get this issue corrected as I purchased this program and haven't used 8 months of my purchase, as well as will never get my original computer restored, but yet I am caught in the too many registrations loop. I tried calling your listed number; however, the message states something similar to (not available and couldn't talk with a person).
