True image crashing after clicking save settings- PLZ Help

HI! When ever I open true image and try to change the settings in any of my backups True image crashes by flickering on and off and the buzy cursor image. I have to use ctl+alt+delete to close the program.

I have tried a couple things but its always the same as once I click save ( Even if I do nothing but click save as soon as the window opens after I click settings) it crashes.

Does anyone have any suggestions ?
