True Image Home 10 does not run anymore after upgrade of DiskDirector Suite 11

Hi there,

I've been using True Image Home 10 and Disk Director Suite 10 for a long time now and upgraded to Disk Director Suite 11 just a day ago.
Now, when I try to start True Image, I keep getting an error message saying something like
"An older version of the Acronis product component has been found. For the correct function of Acronis True Image Home your computer has to be rebooted. Do you want to reboot now" (the correct message might be somewhat different. This is a translation from German).
So I rebooted my computer and started TI again. What shall I say? The same message appeared again,.... and again,..... and again.... and so on.
I even did a repair of my TI Installation, without joy.

Anyone having the same problem?

Hallo,

Ich habe genau das gleiche Problem.
Ich habe gestern Disk director 11 installiert, und bekomme jetzt beim starten von True Image 2010 den gleichen Fehler wie Du.

Wir sind also Leidensgenossen ;-)

Auch das Deinstallieren und neu installieren bringt das gleiche Ergebnis.

Eine Suche im Internet und hier im Forum hat auch kein Lösung gebracht.

Nun bin Ich mal gespannt, ob sich jemand von Acronis des Poblems annimmt.
Ich habe seit Jahren Acronis Produkte im Einsatz,
und mußte leider feststellen, das der Support mit der Zeit immer schlechter wurde,
auch wenn ich sonst eigentlich mit der Software zufrieden war...
