True Image Home 2010 / no access from the network

Thread needs solution

Hello,

since I made an update to True Image Home 2010 I have a problem with network access.
The update was done to the desktop computer. Since that moment my notebook has no more access to the desktop PC.

The network connection itself works properly, PING is possible. But an NET USE the notebook shows a "system error 1130" / not enough server memory...

I found informations that True Image can do such effects.

I tried the following registry-entries:
\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanmanServer\Parameters\MinFreeConnections
\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanmanServer\Parameters\IRPStackSize
without any success.

Can anyone help?

Manfred

Unfortunately it seems that only Acronis can help by fixing this bug in their software. I confirm - after installing Acronis True Image Home 2010 on a server running Windows XP SP3, the problem appeared immediately - the client computers that had had networked drives mapped without any problems, started to get error:
System Error 1130 has occurred.
Not enough server storage is available to process this command.
Tried to fix the problem by changing values of various Registry parameter to no avail.
The only fix that worked was de-installing Acronis True Image Home 2010.

Very disappointed with Acronis - disrupting basic functionality of OS is not acceptable. Wondering how I can get a refund now since I cannot use this software and it since there is no response on the original post for almost a month, it sounds like Acronis is not even going to work on a fix.
An article posted on Acronis KB - http://kb.acronis.com/content/2864 - does not sound good, Acronis basically does not accept it is their software that causes problem instead of shifting responsibility to Microsoft.
