True Image Home 2010 Plus Pack + Bootcamp Help

Thread needs solution

I am using True Image Home 10 Plus Pack on my Windows 7 (formatted NTFS) Bootcamp partition on my Mac.

When I go to make the backup, I am seeing two instances of my C: drive (NTFS partition) - along with the other partitions - and only one actually refers to the partition as "c:"

I believe that one is "Dynamic" and one is my "GPT" volume, but I am not sure how to distinguish one from the other.

Can someone shed some light on the correct backup methods to use when backing up Windows 7 under Bootcamp. It is a dual-booted Mac Book Pro running Snow Leopard on the Mac partition.

I appreciate any help anyone can provide.

Thanks!

Hello AC2334,

Let me assist you.

In order to investigate the issue we need some additional information. Could you please do the following?

  1. Could you please clarify: did you try to back up actual C drive? Was the operation successfully completed?
  2. Please collect AcronisInfo tool output;
  3. Submit a support request with the gathered information.

We are looking forward to hearing back from you at your earliest convenience.

Thank you.
