True Image Home 2011- 8 bit color on older pc's...can'r read text

Thread needs solution

I have True Image Home 2011.
I boot off the cd and am able to select True Image home as that screen is clear...but when it progresses to the next screen ...The video / text are very hard to read...looks like 8 bit color....

Anyone dealt with this and found a solution.

On newer systems I do not have this problem....the pc's that currently do not work very well video wise are
Dell Precision 340, Dell Optiplex GX-270.

I am able to use the software but I have to be very very sure of what I am clicking on and in fact the only reason I am able to use this with the display the way it is ....because of my experience using acronis for several years and being familiar with the screens.

If it was not for my experience with acronis I would not be able to use this.
