Hi,

my sister lives far away. Her computer crashed. Now I'm looking for a remote login function to have access to the booted Acronis system. How can I login? Do I need the 2012 version?

Remote connection to bootable media is supported only in Backup&Recovery line (versions 10, 11 ) and only in Advanced (server or workstation) editions. Even with this, it requires 'real' (external) IP address, possibly temporary, but real - you can't connect if the remote computer is behind NAT.

Also I can't do a remote login with home version 2012?

this is terrible and I don't understand this.

Which possibilities do I have to use a remote login? I won't buy a server/client version. I'm using True Image only in a privat environment.

No, you can't do it with 2012. There is no way (well, except a KVM over IP) to remotely control a customized linux build running off boot cd. If you need remote login to bootable media much enough to afford to spend $99 on it, there is no problems to use it in privat environment as well.
