True Image Home 2013 stops responding
I'm running Windows 7 fully updated. I have had True Image Home 2013 for quite some time and have had no problems (s) until now. I have valid images on an external drive and a separate internal drive.
I wanted to test the program to see if I could actually restore my drive from the valid images. Working within windows, I choose the restore option from the list. I'm presented with a source:Destination screen and choose the C:/drive option and click next. I see the cursor change as if it is performing the task then I see on the upper bar that Acronis is not responding. This happens with both images. Thinking I had too many incremental images I deleted all backups and proceeded to create two new full backups.
The same thing happened - Acronis stops responding.
I haven't tried my boot disk yet however, I remember when I ran this under Windows XP I would have been presented with "A Reboot Is Required" statement. Upon clicking OK the program would restore my drive.
Do I have to upgrade Acronis to work under Windows 7?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
