True Image iOS App reports all .co.uk email as invalid
The lastest update to True image on iOS detects all .co.uk email addresses for login as invalid.
I installed the app on my iPhone and cannot login due to the aforementioned issue.
I was already logged in on my iPad and decided to log out to see if the issue was isolated to my phone and I can no longer log back in on iPad either.
See images attached.
This is such as basic thing to get wrong before an update is pushed and makes me question the quality of testing before release to the app store.
Is there a time frame for resolution on this issue?

Has there been an update to the App, and/or has this occurred after installation of the new build?
If you are able to, do any 3rd level domains work, that is, any domain other than a .com domain?
I'll alert Acronis to this thread..

I am having the same problem. I downloaded True Image on my Ipad and get the same "Invalid Email" message. Any help with this problem would be appreciated.

There are no new published builds as yet, so I assume the problem still exists. If you are still within your 30 day support period, I suggest contacting support with the problem.
