True image uefi 0x1480001 error

Hello,
I have a HP z210 and was using the clone function of acronis true image. The PC rebooted and came up with a 0x1480001 error now I can't get it to boot at all and I have no option to tjrn off uefi in BIOS neither does booting from legacy drive work.
I don't have a windows disc for this PC but there is no data on it other than the OS.
