Hello there,

we have a problem with the "Acronis True Image Home 10".
Configured is a Job to automatically backup the PC on shutdown event on a NAS-Server.
The problem is, since a few days the job takes a long time to complete and blocked the shutdown-event, so that the customer shutdowns hard the computer at the next workday.

In the Log is an Event "You have insufficient permissions. Please contact your Systemadministrator"

But the Logincredentials are ok and sometimes the Job finished complete.
The last 7 days the job won't work.

Why can this happen? Any Idea?

After a change to a new Windows 7 Pro (64) - CAN NOT USE Disk Director 11. Need to load DD10 first before the Key is activated. Disk Director 10 is NOT compatible with Win 7!!! So I can not install the version 10 and for the version 11, well...thank you
