trueimage loader doesn't start
Hi,
I tried to restore a partition when I got the message that there is a new version. But the installation failed, so I interrupted the installation.
A new attempt to restore began normerly until I was prompted to restart the PC. Since this moment I only get the message "acronis loader is starting..."
but it doesn't.
What can I do?

Are you getting this message when you try to boot into Windows or when you use the recovery CD?
If it is when booting into Windows, had you activated either the Acronis Secure Zone or the Acronis Startup Manager?
What OS are you using?
If you log into your Acronis account, you will see a Support option, this should offer you Chat, Email and a phone number.
