TrueImage2009.9809_s_ru.exe installer causes BSOD on installation

At the end of installation I got this error
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000000a (0x0000000000000138, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000000, 0xfffff80003476dcc).
All BSOD's are caused by same acronis sys file, occasionally I've deleted logfile created by debugging tools :( But file name looks like *snap*(3-numbers).sys
First I did install over 9769 build, then I did clean install (after registry cleaning and deleting acronis staff manually). Now I've restored 9769 and it's running fine.
