Trying to Upgrade to True Image 2014 Premium from TI2013 + Plus Pack

On 2012, I purchased the following two pieces of software by Acronis

True Image 2013 by Acronis Plus Pack (English), compilation #6514

True Image 2013 by Acronis Standard (Spanish), compilation #6514

Of course with different serial numbers because they were purchased separately.

I do not know why I run into the two different languages.

Due to the different languages (Spanish/English), I had problems in putting them to work together, but someone in the Technical Support, (after some talk over the phone) brought them to work, and since then, they have been working fairly right as if they were just one program in one language (Spanish), (at least for the parts I have tried).

In fact, the whole interface is presented in Spanish, except for the main window title which reads «True Image 2013 Plus Pack by Acronis».

Both pieces of software were installed on Windows 8, Spanish version.

I am thinking of moving to W8.1, but I learnt that the first release of «True Image 2014 Premium» seems to be a bit buggy, both for windows 8 and windows 8.1. And, I have also learnt that on October 25, 2013, Acronis has released and improved (patched) «Acronis True Image 2014 Update», but only in English and other languages, and not in Spanish.

Now the questions:

a) Would I be able to upgrade from my current licenses in Spanish to English?
b) Does the available, in English, «True Image 2014 Premium» corresponds tothe one in the «Release Notes for Acronis True Image 2014 Update 1, Build number 6614».
