UI and help unclear: Cannot find option for incremental and differentia

The original reason for upgrading to Acronis full from the OEM version was the availability of differential and incremental backups. I'm attempting to create a differential backup using an existing .tib as a base image (created by the Acronis engine branded as "Seagate Disk Wizard".

Going through the UI and the help I can see no such option.
1. *Where* is the UI to create incremental and differential backups? Help explains *what* they are, but not which part of the oversimplified UI begins the process.
2. Here I am assuming one can use a Seagate D.Wz. .tib image as a base. The topic is not covered in the help.

I am attempting to determine whether to keep Ac Backup. So far the free OEM product works better, while Ac Home 11 has been a beta product. What's going on?

If 'acronis full' is true image 2011, you may try to use 'browse for backup' to add the backup to backup list, then in backup's 'operations' menu select 'recreate backup settings' and choose 'custom' backup scheme with 'incremental' backup method. However make incrementals to base image from other version may be considered unsafe.
